We strive to be the best supplier and aid in the success of your projects and look forward to helping you develop the best methods to achieve those goals. We ask only the opportunity to work with you to put together an equipment package or complete system to fulfill your project requirements.
Parts are Parts, is a statement we hear from some of the industry people, and it is just not true.
It is important for most process equipment that you obtain the proper replacement parts to achieve the best results from the equipment. This may require going back to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for those parts. In some cases, the OEM may no longer exist for the equipment you operate. In many of these situations we can help re-engineer or retro-fit the replacement parts or new component.
When we work with a client for replacement parts for our equipment or other suppliers’ equipment, we fully evaluate the current and future operation and process requirements.

In many cases the equipment at a location has been purchased used from someone else and it was not designed for the new application, and modifications are in order. We can work with you to resolve the application needs and make any modifications required.
With over 95 years in the manufacturing and process equipment business, with experience in multiple industry applications, and the total resources available within our long and extensive history, we can respond to your specific needs.
May Foundry & Machine is an OEM source for most all of the Stearns-Roger™
process equipment and parts.

We have provided units from 2’ to 13’6" in diameter. Larger sizes can be provided, but may require field manufacture. The materials of construction can vary from carbon steel to special alloys depending on the application. Stearns-Roger pioneered the use of Flue Gas Recycle for agricultural dryers, and have it installed in many dryer systems. We have also retro-fitted many existing dryers with recycle systems to lower operation costs. (Use cursor to enlarge images)
The broad base of the industries we serve affords us the opportunity to get involved in many special applications. Some of the industries we serve include:
| Food and Beverages Manufacturing Pulp and Paper Y2K (Year 2000) Pharmaceuticals Aerospace |
Mining Energy Furnaces & Chemicals Waste Reductions Demilitarization Hydrocarbons |
We have helped many clients retro-fit and improve their equipment with the addition of Stearns-Roger™ Cross-Fill Internals into their existing equipment. The Cross-Fill internals can be modified to handle most material flow conditions, such as stringy fibrous wood or agricultural products, light powders (food/pharmaceutical/chemical), to heavy ores, and many things in between.
We have retro-fitted Cross-Fill internals in several sugar granulators/coolers to reduce product degradation and dust loading. This design has proven itself in hundreds of units operating around the world in many different applications, for over 50 years.
Some of the benefits available with the Cross-Fill internals package include:
